• The Board of Trustees has retained Zeal Group, a highly regarded Superintendent search firm, to guide us through the Superintendent search process.

     

    Zeal Group brings extensive experience in conducting comprehensive and successful Superintendent searches. Their expertise will be invaluable in identifying and attracting the most qualified candidates for our district.

     

    Here is a summary of their Superintendent search timeline:

     

    • March 8, 2025 - June 2, 2025: Overall search timeline.
    • March 25-29, 2025: Zeal Group will host community engagement opportunities in Rock Hill. These sessions will provide valuable opportunities for stakeholders to share their insights and priorities for the next Superintendent. See the Key Stakeholder meeting calendar below for details regarding specific times and locations.
    • April 20, 2025: The application period for the Superintendent position will close.
    • May 13-17, 2025: The Board of Trustees will interview the top three finalists and host "Meet and Greet" sessions with them.
    • June 2, 2025: The Board of Trustees will appoint the new Superintendent at the scheduled Board Meeting.

     

    Stakeholder input is essential to this process. The Rock Hill School Board of Trustees invites you to complete a survey to assist with the Superintendent search. The survey will be open until March 31, 2025.
